IN THE COURSE
★ One of the core lessons I learned during my sick-years is that nothing remains as it is.
The world around us is changing in every second of its existence.
NOTHING STAYS THE SAME
So don’t we.
Our cells are permanently renewing themselves. Every breath we take is different. Our brain is continually producing thoughts, and our body is forever reacting to them.
After thinking a thought, you will have changed, you will have evolved without even recognizing it.
YOU CAN’T HELP IT ANYWAY!
If I like it or not:
things, people – including yourself-, conditions, circumstances and so forth, are changing and evolving constantly.
They come and go, they stay, they vanish – the good and the bad.
RELAX AND GO WITH THE FLOW
Since I have accepted this universal law, my life became much more relaxed and less stressful.
Understanding that the universal stream of life is continuously flowing and – most importantly! – changing eases my mind and my nerves.
It improved my quality of sleep, which in turn enhances my energy throughout the day.
RETAIN THE MEMORY
Sure there are things that I don’t want to fade out of my life at all. But I can’t help it after all.
Stubbornly sticking to it just causes stress and frustration.
The solution is: being consciously in the moment, cherishing the experience, and carrying the memory in our heart for the rest of our life.
BAD THINGS WILL FADE AWAY, TOO!
And not to forget that a coin has two sides!
Which means: The bad and unpleasant things will fade away, too.
Like sickness. Sickness follows health, and health follows sickness.
Flowers will wither, leaves will fall, and life will flow. It’s as simple as that.
By inhaling and exhaling consciously, you can connect to the infinite universal flow of permanently changing energy right away, no matter where you are.
…AND LET GO
Close your eyes. Inhale bravely. Exhale deeply.
With every breath, invite new experiences and opportunities into your life.
Let go what no longer serves your personal growth and overall well-being. ★
